Woopi First Aid Woolgoolga cancellation and refund policy is to protect both the consumer and supplier of First Aid Training and Assessing services.
At the time an applicant reserves a place in a course offered by Woopi First Aid results in a binding contract between the applicant and Woopi First Aid; this contract is binding regardless to any monies paid or not.
Any and all cancellation or withdrawal from a reservation/booking must be communicated in writing to; Woopi First Aid, and must include full name, course date and time, reason of intent.
Due to commitments required of Woopi First Aid, all cancellations or withdrawals are at a cost to the person having made the booking. A cancellation requested 48 hours or more prior to commencement of course are entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to Woopi First Aid. Otherwise, any cancellation or withdrawal outside that time frame will incur a 10% charge due to cost commitments by Woopi First aid Woolgoolga.
At no cost to the applicant, a deferment to another date appropriately allocated time may be accommodated; if vacancies are available.
Any cancellation during the delivery of a course or post completion of a course is not entitled to a refund or part of. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, then a review may be made at the discretion of Woopi First Aid.
Any course that is cancelled by Woopi First Aid entitles candidates to a full refund of monies paid.
